Research and Interests

I teach, research, and consult broadly in the field of exercise physiology. I am passionate about providing high-impact opportunities for our students who are interested in careers in this area. Together, we've published in peer-reviewed journals such as the International Journal of Exercise Science, presented at the regional and national meetings of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and won the Southwest ACSM regional knowledge bowl three times.
