Research and Interests

My research is focused on discovering ways to promote and sustain optimal cardiometabolic health in a variety of settings and populations. My current work is particularly focused on intervening in the time surrounding pregnancy to prevent adverse pregnancy outcomes and promote long-term maternal, child, and family health.
